• When you arrive to the LIFT Center the entrance to the LIFT Market will be across from the parking lot. Enter door 2—look for the LIFT Market flag.

• Anyone going through a difficult time or needing help.
• We don’t currently have any residency requirements.

• Yes, please bring a photo ID or your Northern Illinois Food Bank card.

• WE REQUIRE AN APPOINTMENT WITH EACH VISIT
• Guests can shop twice per month.
• Upon arrival enter door 2. You will check in with a volunteer at the welcome desk in our hospitality room. Please show your Northern Illinois Food Bank card. If you don’t have a card, we will ask you to complete form.
• We will pair you with a host who will sit with you and explain our process. This is a great time to share any needs you may have or ask for resources. We welcome children in our hospitality room and have a play area. We also have child-size grocery carts.
• After shopping, a volunteer will bag your groceries while you pull your car around. Your groceries will be brought out to your car.

• You can shop 2 times per month.
• If you do not show up for your appointment, it will still count as one of your appointments.

• We offer milk, eggs, meat, cheese, fresh produce, shelf stable items & personal care products. We ask that guests honor all limits posted.

• • No cutting in line whatsoever.
  • The guest with the appointment stands in line.
  • No saving spots in line for other guests. 
  • No savings spots with bags/belongings. 
  • If bags are in line saving spots, people may stand in front of them. 
  • Only the person with the appointment shops.
  • No animals are allowed inside.
  • Please arrive within 30 minutes of your signup time.
